This painting is deceptively calm with lines and colors moving beneath the pale surface. Only the vessel forms show the true movement beneath. The warm browns and ochres glow beneath the pale paynes grey surface and lines disrupt the surface adding movement. The painting is current stretched on shallow stretcher bars but it will be unstretched and shipped rolled in a tube due to it’s size.
